The viticulture tradition has existed since 1878.   For many years the cooper had been accommodated in our house, too.

You find our wine yards in world-famous locations as “Iphöfer Kronsberg, Julius-Echter-Berg or Iphöfer Kalb”. They are competently cultivated by our chief, Mr. Georg Roßkopf.

Many regulars and wine customers are confirming the continuous quality of our wines, liqueurs and spirits from our house distillery. – The smell, the flavour and the aroma of the quince, of the pear “Williams” or of the plum – they all only are expecting to be tasted by you.

When in winter the wine yard is resting the wine goes being cultivated in the wine cellar. The new young wines seem to be promising.
